Attorney Profile

Keith Will Wynne, Esq.

Plant City Bankruptcy, Eviction & Family Law Attorney

I am a Florida attorney practicing in Plant City, with a focus on consumer bankruptcy, landlord evictions, and family law matters. I represent individuals, families, and property owners throughout Hillsborough County, and in select cases in surrounding counties.

I operate a small, focused practice designed to provide direct attorney involvement, practical advice, and efficient case handling.

Practice Approach

I do not operate a volume mill, nor do I delegate client decision-making to non-attorneys. Clients who retain my office work directly with me throughout their case.

My approach emphasizes:

  • Clear explanation of legal options

  • Realistic expectations

  • Procedural accuracy

  • Efficient resolution

Whether the matter involves financial distress, a family law dispute, or enforcement of property rights, my goal is to guide clients through the process with clarity and professionalism.

Bankruptcy Representation

I have personal and professional experience with the realities of consumer debt and bankruptcy relief. That experience informs how I approach bankruptcy cases — not as a form-filling exercise, but as a legal and financial reset that must be handled correctly.

I represent clients in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases, and personally prepare and review each filing. I also attend the meeting of creditors with my clients.

Eviction & Landlord Representation

A substantial portion of my practice involves representing landlords and property owners in eviction matters. I handle repeat and high-volume eviction filings for landlords with multiple properties, as well as individual eviction cases.

This practice is landlord-focused. I do not represent tenants.

Family Law Matters

In family law cases, I represent clients in matters involving divorce, child support, time-sharing, and post-judgment modifications. I approach family law matters with an understanding that these cases involve both legal rights and long-term personal consequences.

Professional Background

I was admitted to The Florida Bar after completing my legal education in New York and relocating to Florida. I opened my own practice in Plant City to serve clients in a smaller community where accessibility, reputation, and consistency matter.

Over time, my practice has evolved to reflect the areas where I can provide the greatest value to clients.
